On Sunday, Katie prepared a dish called braciole. (pronounced bra-zshole) it’s flattened steak rolled with herbs and cheese sauteed in Olive oil then braised in a home made tomato gravy (sauce) for hours. It’s so delicious. Really takes me back to my grandmas house in Jersey. Yum. This is a quick sketch of her laboring away chopping up the tons of garlic that goes in the dish.
